GET ON TRACK
Your fitness journey starts with a fitness check up, goal planning, and a program prescription from your personal trainer.
TRACK 1
During your first 15 visits to the gym (5/6 weeks) you will have 4 appointments with your trainer. These are booked in advance to give you something to aim for, and to make it part of your new fitter lifestyle and routine. In these 1-2-1 sessions your trainer will ensure you are working towards your goals, with a gradual increase in intensity. Complete these sessions in your target timescale and you also receive a complimentary gift!
TRACK 2
Within your next 20 visits (6/7 weeks) you will have another two 1-2-1 sessions with your trainer, to ensure you have already started to achieve your short-term goals. Once this phase is complete you have another fitness test to show you just how far you have come and to collect your second Reward!
TRACK 3
After these initial 12 weeks, you will be well on your way to your long-term goals, so now we schedule appointments slightly further apart to allow you time to get there. Every 10 visits to the gym we recommend you book a 1-2-1 appointment with your personal trainer, either for a quick review or a motivational boost! Complete 30 visits in the agreed time and you receive your on target reward, and another free fitness test so you can see how far you've improved. This process continues throughout the year, so you always have a goal to aim for as your fitness continues to develop.
