A funky uplifting step class, with simple moves for anybody to follow.
Step varies from a basic, athletic programme which allows you to switch off your head and turn up the workout, to a more choreographed workout with step moves that are full on and fierce. Both will tax the cardiovascular system, will boost fitness, shreds fat and most importantly have FUN!
Fantastic for improving cardiovascular fitness, burning fat and toning the lower body. This class will not only tone the heart but the mind and body as well!

Exercise classes are open to members and non-members
Non-members: £5 per class, or £20 for any five classes
