We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to start exercising, especially if it has been a long time since you last did any formal exercise.

At The Studio you can increase your fitness levels, burn fat and tone your body in a friendly, female, non-competitive and fun environment.

How it Works

Our new 30 Minute Ladies Only workout is based around a 10 station circuit where you are guided around the circuit with assistance, motivation and weight loss advice.

Our fitness team will support and guide you around the circuit, so every visit is an effective workout with great results.

This workout is suitable for anyone regardless of shape, size, age and level of fitness. The nature of the equipment is hydraulic and resistance-based. This means you can use it to exercise as gently or as hard as you like using a push and pull action rather than traditional weights; the harder you push or pull the more resistance you achieve and the harder you work.

We are also happy to keep track of your weight loss/measurements and offer you healthy eating and healthy living advice to help you achieve your goals.
