Workouts personalised for YOU, and a friendly, female, non-competitive atmosphere - upstairs, away from the main gym - our aim is to help you accomplish what you may believe to be the unachievable!
Phase 1
During your first 6 visits to The Studio (over 2 to 3 weeks) you will have an appointment with a health and fitness advisor who will take your initial measurements and weight (not compulsory!) and set realistic goals that are personal to you. These first few sessions will help you to use the equipment to your best advantage and to start putting those good habits into place.
Phase 2
Over your next 6 visits (weeks 3 to 5) you will be encouraged to make positive progress towards your goals. At the end of Phase 2 your pre-booked personal review will take place so that we can see how you are getting on, to take your measurements/weight and record your improvements.
Phase 3
With your first 4 to 6 weeks tucked under your belt you will have started to feel the benefits of coming to The Studio regularly. Don’t forget that classes are included in your membership, so why not try something new, now your fitness levels and confidence are increasing. If you have any questions about your progress or weight management issues please have a chat to your health and fitness advisor.
Phase 4
By now you will have got into some new positive fitness habits and routines and we will continue to support you in this. At the end of Phase 4 we will take your measurements/weight and record your losses to date. Just remember that we will keep on monitoring your progress and adjust your programme as necessary and are always on hand to motivate, support and inform.
