We are a friendly independent gym and fitness centre in Worthing, West Sussex. Established in 2003, over the last ten years we have helped thousands of men and women from Worthing, Lancing, and Broadwater enjoy a healthier, fitter lifestyle.

Located close to East Worthing railway station, Ocean Fitness gym in Dominion Road Worthing is a fully equipped fitness center with everything you need for a top quality effective workout. We have a wide range of easy to use equipment, including cross-trainers, treadmills, free weights and resistance machines. Our friendly and expert fitness instructors are always on hand for support and motivation, to make sure you get the best from your workout.
