Hi I’m Matt,

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2014 and since then I’ve worked with people from all walks of life to achieve their goals. In 2017 I gained my Diploma in Exercise Referral and a Level 4 qualification to specialise in helping clients with Diabetes and Obesity, but I’m not stopping there – I’m currently studying towards two more Level 4 qualifications, one in Corrective Exercise Training and the other for Enhancing Sports Performance.

I have a passion for making fitness fun and interesting, and I’ll work with you to achieve your goal – you won’t be on your own!

Away from the gym I love being outdoors, cycling, paddle-boarding and also being a bit of a Sci-fi geek! I believe in living life to the full, and making sure you have physical and mental health and fitness to be able to do things you want to do.

Hi I”m Bella

Personal training with me can help you achieve the results you want, and I can help you keep your workouts effective and fun.

If you’re looking to lose fat and improve your fitness, or if you are recovering from an injury, illness or chronic condition, I will support you through challenges and goals that we can set together.

After spending many years unfit and unmotivated I found my passion for fitness, focusing mainly on high intensity training and weight lifting. One of my aims is to dispel the myth that lifting weights will make women too bulky, and show you how it can only improve your body shape and increase your strength.

I am also qualified in Exercise Referral and Falls Prevention and can help design a programme to improve function after injury or illness.

I believe the key to enjoying exercise is to try as many things as possible.
As your trainer I will help you explore different avenues until you find something you love, then push you to achieve your potential.
